On Saturday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and former PM Imran Khan has been sentenced to three years in jail after being found guilty in the Toshakhan case. The former Prime Minister has also been disqualified for five years by the court.
According to BBC News, an Islamabad court convicted him of failing to declare money he earned from selling state gifts.
Mr Khan’s team has stated that he would appeal against the decision.
