Elon Musk apologies and gave an update about blue tick yesterday. Later he tweeted that he is launching ‘Verified’ on Friday next week. Further Elon Musk added that he will use different color ticks for both organizations and individuals.
In the latest tweet he also gave information about verified icon color which is more clarified
He gave different colours for 3 different categories which includes companies, government, individuals. Individuals include celebrity or not. He mentioned Gold for companies, grey check for government, blue for individuals. Further he added before the check is activated, all validated accounts will undergo manual authentication.
Best part is despite of the category you are in, a manual authentication is conducted which means he will differentiate any category. In addition to that, he gave a common verified tick for celebrities and commoner. What do you think. Comment and let us know.
