Priyanka Tibrewal, was a legal advisor to former Union Minister Babul Supriyo. subsequently, she joined BJP in 2014 on the insistence of the party. She is the Vice-president of BJP’s Youth wing since 2020. However, now Priyanka Tibrewal is being fielded by BJP to fight against Mamata Banerjee in the Bhabanipur by polls on September 30.

Priyanka tibrewal is fielded against Mamata Banerjee, who is the Present Chief Minister of West Bengal. She has won the elections for the third time. It was a mega victory of her party, the Trinamool Congress.
Furthermore, she need to win the Bhabanipur bypoll to retain the top post in the party. Prior to this, she lost to her former aide-turned-BJP rival Suvendhu Adhikari.
