Schools in Telangana to reopen from February 1

The Chief Minister conducted a high-level meeting with the Ministers and the District Collectors at Pragathi Bhavan on Monday. The Chief Minister asked the officials to resolve all issues related to the Revenue department efficiently.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao directed the officials to make necessary arrangements for conducting classes for Classes 9th and above in the schools which reopen from February 1. He also directed them to look into all the precautionary measures for administering the COVID-19 vaccination in the State immediately.

In a high-level meeting with the Ministers and the District Collectors at Pragathi Bhavan on Monday, the Chief Minister asked the officials to resolve all issues related to the Revenue department expeditiously.

He directed them to take all the necessary changes and additions in the Dharani portal by the end of this week. He also spoke about measures to the restoration of forests in the State.

The officials were instructed to complete all promotions in their respective departments immediately and fill all the vacant posts at once. They were directed to build integrated markets and Vaikuntha Dhamam in all the urban areas to meet the requirements of the local population.
