India has recorded 32,695 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the tally to 9, 68,876.

India has recorded 32,695 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the tally to 9,68,876, union ministry of health and family welfare on July 16, Thursday said. The country at present has 3,31,146 active cases and 6,12,815 coronavirus patients have been cured or recovered.

This deadly contagious disease has caused the death of 1,118 people since yesterday with the death now toll at 24,915.

2,75,640 people have been affected by the coronavirus disease so far. There are 1,12,099 active cases and 1,52,613 have been cured/discharged. Maharashtra continues to record the highest number of COVID-19 cases in the country. The Novel Coronavirus disease has claimed 10,928 lives so far.
