The aspirants who qualified for Bihar Teachers’ Eligibility Test (TET) and Central Teacher’s Eligibility Test (CTET), were lathi charged by the Bihar Police. They were holding a protest against the state government demanding their recruitment, in Patna, today.
They have been protesting as there is a delay in recruitment of the aspiring teachers.

Earlier, on 22 August also the aspiring teachers were lathi-charged and brutally beaten up by the police.
