A news magazine India Today published an article saying that Jio slashes price of Rs 750 prepaid plan.The discount is so huge that it is known as the world’s biggest discount. The prices have slashed by Rs. 1/-.
The advertisement says that the prepaid plan which was Rs 750/- is now Rs.749/- However, benefits remain the same .
After the netizens saw the advertisement, on India today, they not only trolled the company but also the news media. Many memes were created to troll the company.
Many feel that this how the companies fool the people. Most of them asked if this was really needed to be put up as news in the magazine.
