Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Monday revealed that the true kalakar or artist was Devendra Fadnavis. Devendra Fadnavis was the former Chief Minister of Mumbai. He is now the Deputy Chief Minister behind the formation of the new government against the Shiv Sena government.
Moreover, after winning the majority in the floor test in the Maharashtra Assembly, Eknath Shinde said this. He declared Devendra Fadnavis, as the main artist in the whole episode. Shinde rebelled after last month’s state Legislative Council polls.
He said, “On the day of the (results of) the legislative council elections (June 20) and the way I was treated….I had decided that there will be no turning back,”.
Furthermore, Eknath Shinde said he sneaked out of Mumbai in spite of the security blockade by the police. Apparently, Devendra Fadnavis and Shinde met very secretly.
In the assembly, he said, “The biggest artist is this man, even our own party members never knew when we met, I would go when everyone was asleep and come back before everyone was up.”
