An individual ordered 8,428 plates of idlis in the past 12 months. According to Swiggy, the online food ordering and delivery platform, revealed that a single user from Hyderabad spent a huge amount of Rs.6 lakh on idlis alone.
Swiggy has released this information on the occasion of World idli Day. The huge amount for idlis was revealed after an analysis was conducted for the period of March 30, 2022 to March 25, 2023.
The analysis shows that the idli lover has ordered over 8,428 plates of Idlis, which includes his orders for his friends and family. Apparently, they have consumed an average of 23 plates of idlis everyday in the last 12 months.
