Good news for those who want to apply for H1-B Visa.
The Biden administration has postponed the implementation of new wage regulations introduced by the previous Trump administration to May 14.
In fact, the new rules were supposed to come into force on March 15. These will not apply to the upcoming HI-B filing season due to the postponement.
Under the new rules, foreign workers working on H1-B and H1-B1 visas will have to pay the same as or more than the wages paid to local employees.
