French President Emmanuel Macron was slapped across the face by a bystander. This incident happened during a trip to South East France on Tuesday on the second stop pf a nation wide tour.
A viral video on social media showed Macron move towards a barrier to greet a man. Surprisingly, instead of shaking hands, slapped the 43-year old man across the face.

Consequently, Macron’s bodyguards quickly intervened and arrested two people.
French President Mr. Macron said, I’m always going to meet people” “Some people express anger, sometimes disarray… that’s legitimate anger, and we will continue to respond. Stupidity and violence, no not in democracy,”.
