Pan India Star Prabhas’s most awaited film Project-K unveiled its official title as Kalki 2898 AD at San Diego Comic-Conc. The film created history by becoming the first-ever Indian film to debut at the San Diego Comic-Con in 2023.
The film’s first glimpse was released on July 20 at SDCC in the US. This was precisely on Friday morning in India. Soon after its release, the glimpse is going viral all over social media and trending with hashtags #Prabhas and #Kalki2898AD on Twitter.
Kalki 2898 AD was directed by Nag Ashwin and produced under the Vyjayanthi Movies banner. The film stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Hasan in lead roles.
Project K Glimpse Review:
The glimpse delivers a mind-blowing output and promising content in the film. The VFX works and the background score lifts the film to the international level. The production values of the film are high. Netizens applauded the efforts and work of the filmmakers and actors.
Set in the distant future of 2898 AD, the film’s concept seamlessly blends futuristic aspects with rich storytelling, giving an unparalleled and immersive cinematic experience.
The glimpse shows Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Prabhas trapped in a future world facing dark forces. Prabhas is seen as a brave warrior in the film fighting against evil forces. Deepika is seen in black outfights as one of the soldiers locked at evil forces.
Amitabh Bachan is seen draped in bandages with blood marks on his head. His looks gave us some similarities with Ashwathama’s character in Mahabharata.
