Swabhimaan Shetkari Sangathna spilt milk on the streets of Sangli, as a mark of protest.They stopped the milk tankers and spilt milk on the streets.
This organization has been protesting for the following demands
1. Increase of Rs. 5/- in the procurement price of milk.
2. Rs 25 per litre as the minimum rate of cow milk, among others.
3. An export subsidy of Rs 30 for the farmers
4. Cancellation of GST on milk products
