The Hyderabad gang rape case is taking new turns and twists everyday. Saduddin Malik, the accused, who is the only major in this incident has revealed shocking details about the involvement of MLA’s son.
Earlier, the police said that the MLA’s son was not involved in the case. Due to the pressure from all sides, the investigation of the Hyderabad Gang rape case is going on.
According to the reports published in Sakshi, apparently, the gangrape is a pre-planned one. All the five accused-including four minors and one adult who committed the crime had condoms on them and used protection while committing the offence.
Saduddin Malik, the A-1 in the Hyderabad gang rape case was interrogated for four days. The police produced him before the court. However, the minors are being interrogated today.
Meanwhile, Saduddin will be in judicial custody for 14 days. The Jubilee Hills police shifted the A-1 from Nampally court to Chanchalguda jail.
Saduddin Malik revealed that the son of the Shastripuram Corporator is the main person behind the crime. According to the reports in various news media, the son of the corporator and MLA’s son started looking for the girls soon after they entered the pub.
Both of them teased and misbehaved with some minor girls in the Amnesia Pub. It is said that the son of the MLA ordered Saduddin not to get into the car. Saduddin was left near the pub and the son of MLA went along with the girl in the Mercedes Benz. The minor girl was assaulted by the son of the MLA in the car.
According to Sakshi, the police are not satisfied with the statements made by the accused. They feel there are some discrepancies in his statements.
In addition to that, the Call Data Records of all the accused have been taken and the police will further question them. The police have already recreated the crime scene to understand how the crime was committed. The investigation is going on.
